WHAT TO EXPECT
Day 1 will establish a foundational knowledge of the chronic stress-reaction cycle and its harmful effects towards your mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Professional coaching techniques will be used to open your mind and bring awareness to the causes of your unique stressors. Principles of various holistic healing modalities including breathwork, meditation, yoga/posture/stretching, Reiki, massage, and sound healing will then be shared by an international team of holistic health experts to expand your understanding and give you the tools necessary to build stress-resilience.
Day 2 will focus on opening your heart through experiencing these techniques in both individual and group settings.
Sharing circles will be held at the end of each day for group bonding and to discuss concepts learned and skills obtained. You will then develop and create an action plan to integrate these teachings into your daily life.

In addition to coaching and business consulting methods, I use Tibetan singing bowls in my work with people to discover their true desires, release tensions, clear their paths, and unleash their full potential!

My work is a combination of several different modalities providing a massage that is therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. Techniques from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.

I am a Reiki master and teacher. The focus of my work is physical, emotional, and mental health, insomnia, relationship issues, helping with different life situations, and relaxation.
Diana Suleimanova
Yoga. Posture improvement
My focus is posture improvement, yoga exercises for neck & back pain. Based in London, UK, I hold LIVE classes & online classes on demand, work with corporations. I participate in retreats worldwide.

Who This Retreat Is For:
This retreat is for you, whether you are a stay-at-home mom, a corporate business person, or a college student, everyone can benefit from this retreat to find relaxation and optimize their ability to focus and perform.

What Will be Provided:
Water bottle, yoga mat, Binder with handouts and note paper, pens.

Meals/Nutrition:
A healthy lunch, snacks, and water will be provided with options for those who have dietary restrictions (please share your preferences in our registration form).

What to Bring:

What to Wear:
Retreat activities will take place both in an air conditioned facility and in shaded and unshaded areas outdoors. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic-style clothing and bring something to cover yourself indoors.
